Do you know what "food-pairing" is?

It means matching food to the most appropriate drink. That’s what we do at Havana, where apart from the normal drinks you can find selected wines and prize-winning beers. Without forgetting our cocktails, where we mix experience, tradition and new ideas to give you new combinations of flavours. Mundane drinks are not for us.

Beers

You can drink COLLESI beer at Havana, the Italian beer that comes from the hills in the Marche region and that has won the most prizes worldwide, with a long list of medals for quality. We have chosen the following beers from the historic brewery: BLANCHE, with a rich bouquet is very good with fish, white meat and fresh cheeses; GOLDEN ALE, a double malt, is ideal for aperitifs, starters, fresh cheeses and salami; RED ALE, is the perfect red for meats, medium matured cheeses, fish risottos, desserts and puddings, winner of “World Beer Awards 2017”. You can also find FISCHER beer at Havana, known also by the name “Pécheur” (fisherman), a strong bottom-fermented beer with a golden colour and a decisive flavour, the perfect accompaniment to tasty barbequed meat.

Wines,INCLUDING ORGANIC

We have a selection of about 15 wines, from sparkling to white or red, including organic. Along with whites from Friuli and Veneto we have added the French Riesling by Marcel Deiss to our wine list, and to our selection of reds from Friuli (Merlot, Cabernet Refosco) we have added Brunello di Montalcino, Amarone, and an organic Morellino di Scansano. Our sweet dessert wine is Asti Vintage. For an aperitif or to accompany your meals you can choose from Franciacorta, Ferrari, Champagne and Prosecco.

At Havana we can offer you a long list of cocktails, from the most classic to the most original and exotic combinations. Pre-dinner, after-dinner, long drinks, frozen cocktails, national and international liqueurs, an excellent selection of grappa, gin, brandy, whiskey, bourbon, scotch whisky and vodka.
