We prepare our own pastries every day using only the finest ingredients and the passion, inspiration and creativity of our master pastry chefs. The list is very long, and this is why we are sure that we can satisfy even the sweetest of tooth. Simple and filled cakes, superb tiramisu, mini pastries, biscuits, muffins (even with jam), pancakes with maple syrup, filled brioches are just some of the sweet treats that you can find here. Not forgetting the exquisite and colourful individual Havana portions, authentic traditional or revisited sweet speciality puddings desserts. A delicious contest.
Our rich abundant variety of desserts can be eaten at the end of a meal, as a grand finale, or on their own, perhaps with a drink or a good espresso.
We also prepare freshly squeezed seasonal fruit or vegatable juices. Another delight to try is our wholesome flower honey from Valgrande, a honey that is pleasingly aromatic and that melts in the mouth, zero-kilometres, made by bees in the uncontaminated wooded area close to the Havana.
